The Impact & Influence Ambassador Program
Leadership. Representation. Opportunity.
The Impact & Influence Ambassador Program was created for members who have demonstrated a genuine commitment to the Impact & Influence community and who want to take a more active role in helping it grow.
Our Ambassadors are more than representatives. They are trusted members of the community who understand the culture, the opportunities, and the people that make Impact & Influence what it is.
The program allows our leadership team to remain focused on the continued growth and development of the magazine, media, radio, events, and Awepra ecosystem, while empowering exceptional members to become the face of Impact & Influence within their own networks and throughout our community.
For the right member, it is also an opportunity to create additional value, build relationships, expand their network, and earn referral credits along the way.
What Does an Ambassador Do?
Ambassadors serve as a trusted point of contact for Impact & Influence at networking events and experiences throughout our community and region.
Their role is to:
Attend designated networking events on behalf of Impact & Influence Magazine.
Meet and connect with entrepreneurs, business owners, executives, and prospective members.
Introduce prospects to the Impact & Influence community and explain the culture behind it.
Present the magazine and discuss opportunities available within the Impact & Influence and Awepra ecosystem.
Explain membership benefits, events, media opportunities, radio, and other ways businesses can become involved.
Identify individuals and businesses who may be a strong fit for the community.
Collect contact information from qualified prospects and relay it to Impact & Influence leadership for follow-up.
Invite qualified prospects to appear on Impact & Influence Radio when appropriate.
Represent the brand, its members, and its values with professionalism, authenticity, and integrity.
An Ambassador is not expected to close a sale.
Your responsibility is to open the door, create the relationship, communicate the opportunity, and connect the right people with our leadership team.
An Ambassador Represents More Than a Magazine
When you become an Impact & Influence Ambassador, you are representing an entire ecosystem.
You represent the entrepreneurs featured in our pages.
You represent the businesses within our membership.
You represent the experiences, events, relationships, and opportunities that bring our community together.
And you represent the culture we are building.
That responsibility requires selflessness, professionalism, dignity, and authenticity.
We are not looking for people who simply want to hand out information or generate referrals. We are looking for members who genuinely believe in what we are building and who understand the value of connecting great people with great opportunities.
Our Ambassadors should be people who lead by example.
Ambassador Compensation
Ambassadors have two ways to earn credits through their participation.
$25 Event Credit
Ambassadors receive $25 in Impact & Influence credits for each qualifying event they attend as an official Ambassador.
These credits are applied toward current or future Impact & Influence invoices.
Event credits are not cash payments and cannot be redeemed for cash.
20% Referral Credits
Ambassadors also receive the standard 20% referral credit for prospects they refer who become members or clients.
Referral credits are applied in the following order:
1. Open invoices
Referral credits will first be applied toward any outstanding invoices associated with the Ambassador.
2. Future/direct referral payment
Once the Ambassador's outstanding invoices have been paid in full, eligible referral credits will be paid directly to the referring Ambassador as the referred prospect makes their payments.
Referral credits are earned based on payments actually received from the referred prospect.
Who Can Become an Ambassador?
The Ambassador Program is intentionally selective.
This is a leadership position within the community, and eligibility is based on demonstrated involvement rather than simply asking to participate.
To be considered, an Ambassador must:
Be a Current Member
You must be an active Impact & Influence member with an advertisement currently running in Impact & Influence Magazine.
Be a Member for at Least 90 Days
Ambassadors must have sufficient experience within the community to understand our culture, systems, opportunities, and member experience.
Be Current on All Invoices
Ambassadors must have no late payments or outstanding past-due balances on current invoices.
Have Experienced the Community
Before representing Impact & Influence to others, you must have personally participated in our core experiences, including:
Open House
Cocktails with the CEOs
Mastermind
Masterclass
At least one Experience, such as Monterey Car Week, Winery Rally, Ferrari Challenge, or another designated member experience.
These requirements ensure that our Ambassadors aren't simply talking about the community.
They have lived it.
Meet Our Ambassadors
Our first Ambassadors represent exactly what we envisioned when creating this program.
Karlynn Only-Sydnor
Sabreena Monique
Boone Galvan
Each has demonstrated a genuine dedication to the community, a hunger for growth, and a willingness to utilize the systems, relationships, events, and opportunities available through Impact & Influence.
Their involvement has gone beyond simply being members.
They show up.
They participate.
They build relationships.
They look for opportunities.
And most importantly, they understand the value of helping others succeed.
That is why they have earned the opportunity to become points of contact for Impact & Influence at events throughout our community and region.
The Standard
Being an Ambassador is not about having the biggest network.
It is not about making the most referrals.
And it is not about selling memberships.
It is about representation.
When you walk into an event wearing the Impact & Influence name, you carry the reputation of every entrepreneur, business, member, partner, and organization within our ecosystem.
We expect our Ambassadors to represent that community with confidence, humility, professionalism, and respect.
The goal is simple:
Meet great people.
Create meaningful connections.
Introduce them to opportunity.
And help make our community stronger.
Impact & Influence Ambassadors
Represent the community.
Create the connection.
Open the door.
