2026 Fall Rally | September 12th, 2026

The first-ever 2026 Impact & Influence Fall Rally arrives on September 12th, 2026, continuing the tradition of connection, conversation, and unforgettable experiences that define the Impact & Influence community. Beginning in El Dorado Hills and traveling the scenic curves of Latrobe Road into the heart of Amador County, the Fall Rally will once again bring together an exceptional group for a private afternoon at Villa Toscano Winery—where great food, authentic conversations, and meaningful relationships take center stage.

More than a drive, the Fall Rally is designed as an intentional escape from the constant pace of business and everyday life. It is an opportunity to slow down, reconnect, and experience something genuine alongside a carefully curated circle of entrepreneurs, creators, and professionals. The changing colors of the season, the open roads, and the atmosphere of wine country create the perfect setting for conversations that matter and relationships that continue long after the rally ends.

Intentionally limited and invite-only, the Fall Rally represents the next evolution of the Impact & Influence experience—where business becomes personal, networking becomes friendship, and moments become memories. As the first event of its kind, the 2026 Fall Rally is expected to set the tone for a new annual tradition centered around lifestyle, connection, and community.

Tickets and additional details will be announced soon.

2026 Spring Rally Highlights | Apr 25th, 2026

The 2026 Impact & Influence Spring Rally delivered exactly what it was designed to be—an unforgettable blend of connection, experience, and meaningful conversation. This year’s private gathering brought together an exceptional group, including Dr. Pamela Hadley, Karlynn Only-Sydnor, Porsche Middleton, Vik Saroay, Joel Rodriguez-Tirado, John Poindexter, Justin Leech, Dr. Cheri Seagraves, Theresa Reich, and Wesley Rice and his wife. The drive began in El Dorado Hills, winding through the scenic beauty of Latrobe Road and into Amador County, where the group arrived at Villa Toscano Winery for an afternoon defined by great food, laughter, and genuine connection.

More than just a curated drive, the Spring Rally continues to stand as a deliberate reset from the pace of everyday business. It is a chance to step away from meetings and emails and instead invest in real conversations, shared experiences, and relationships built side by side rather than across a desk. The journey itself—rolling hills, open roads, and a like-minded circle of individuals—sets the tone for something deeper than networking. It reflects a philosophy that success is not only measured by professional achievement, but by the quality of the life and relationships surrounding it.

A defining moment of this year’s rally was the recognition of Joel Rodriguez-Tirado as the first-ever Legacy Member, honoring his dedication and influence over the past year. At Villa Toscano, the group slowed down, shared stories, and created the kind of moments that rarely happen in traditional settings. Intentionally limited and invite-only, the Spring Rally continues to prove that the right environment—and the right people—can elevate everything. This is where relationships are strengthened, where trust is built, and where lasting memories are made.

2025 Spring Rally Highlights | Mar 22nd, 2025

Today, we hosted the Impact & Influence Magazine Spring Rally—and it was nothing short of exceptional. From start to finish, the day was a celebration of passion, connection, and the open road. Our journey began in El Dorado Hills, where a dynamic lineup of machines and their drivers gathered, ready to set out together. Among them were a BMW 335i, Corvette Z06, Ford Mustang Bullitt, Infiniti Q50, Tesla Model S P100D, and a Mercedes E350—each bringing its own presence to the experience. We moved through the scenic curves of Salmon Falls and along the winding beauty of Highway 49, with vibrant green hills stretching beneath a clear spring sky, the group’s energy building with every mile.

After an exhilarating hour-and-ten-minute drive, we arrived at Villa Toscano Winery in Amador County. Surrounded by rolling vineyards and rustic charm, the afternoon unfolded with fine wine, exceptional food, and meaningful conversation. Stories of business and life flowed effortlessly, laughter echoed through the courtyard, and connections deepened in a setting that felt both elevated and relaxed. It was a reminder of what these gatherings are truly about—bringing together driven individuals in an environment where relationships are strengthened and ideas move freely.

But this rally carried something deeper. One of our attendees joined us in honor of what would have been her late husband Phil’s birthday. A true car enthusiast who lived for the road, Phil’s presence was felt throughout the day. Though many of us never met him, the stories shared made it clear—his passion and spirit were very much alive in this moment. We dedicated the rally to him, and as the sun set over the hills, we raised our glasses in tribute—not just to Phil, but to the bonds we build, the memories we carry, and the meaning behind coming together. A sincere thank you to everyone who joined us, and to Villa Toscano Winery for making the day unforgettable.
