For the past 12 years, I have had the privilege of calling Sacramento my home—a city that has been the backdrop of my most cherished memories with my incredible family. My wife, Katrina, is my rock and strongest supporter, and together, we are raising four amazing children: Sasha, Devon, Joel Jr., and Andre. On top of that, we are blessed with two beautiful grandchildren, ages 3 and 1, who bring endless joy into our lives. Family is the foundation of everything I do, and it is this deep-rooted value that fuels my passion for helping others protect what matters most.
